Service Description
Support for families and friends of alcoholics to assist with their recovery from the effects of living with someone whose drinking is a problem. The program of recovery is adapted from Alcoholic Anonymous and is based on the Twelve Steps, the Twelve Traditions, and the Twelve Concepts of Service. Al-Anon has groups throughout Australia. This is an anonymous fellowship for those affected by someone else's drinking, Weekly meetings in hundreds of locations. Meeting lists available on website. Literature available. Operates Nationwide.
