Service Description

Breakthru Gosford is a disability, mental health and community support service in Gosford, NSW. The team supports people to build the life they choose by exploring their goals, developing skills and connecting with opportunities that feel meaningful to them. Support at Breakthru Gosford is accessible through the NDIS, government funding or fee for service options. The location supports a wide range of clients, including school leaver employment supports (SLES), NDIS support coordination and other capacity-building supports. These are designed to help people find and keep a job, improve their daily living skills, access their community and live more independently. Breakthru is also a proud provider of Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), which helps people with disability, injury or illness move into work, volunteering or study through personalised and practical support.
