Service Description

Breakthru Collaroy supports people to build the life they choose. The team works with each person to explore their goals, build skills and connect with opportunities that feel meaningful to them. Disability, mental health and community supports are accessible through the NDIS, government funding or fee for service options.Services for NDIS participants include support coordination, core supports, school leaver employment supports (SLES) and other capacity-building supports such as finding and keeping a job and improved daily living. Breakthru Collaroy also delivers Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), helping people with disability, injury or illness move into work, volunteering or study with personalised, practical support.
