Service Description

Kids Hub provides early intervention support for children who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional, behavioural, and/or emerging mental health challenges.Kids Hub is primarily an Allied Health-led family support and intervention service. Families will be allocated a primary clinician within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and other disciplines may become involved if required. The service provides short to medium term intervention and support (3-6 months) and focuses on building capacity of parents/carers.
