Service Description
Registered NDIS provider working only with young people aged 12 to 20 across Western Sydney, South West Sydney and the Illawarra. One-to-one mentoring, NDIS capacity building, out-of-home care support and Positive Behaviour Support. Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with plans written with the young person. We work with families, carers, support coordinators, schools and DCJ caseworkers. Free 15-minute chat and same-day acknowledgment of every referral.
