Breakthru Camden supports people to build the life they choose, offering disability, mental health and community services to residents of Camden and the surrounding Macarthur region. The team works with each person to explore their goals, build practical skills and connect with opportunities that feel meaningful to them. This location focuses on employment and capacity-building supports, helping people find a job, access their community and live their best life. Breakthru Camden proudly delivers Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), assisting people with disability, injury or illness to achieve vocational goals through personalised, practical support. Access is available through the NDIS, government funding or fee-for-service arrangements. Appointments at Breakthru Camden are by appointment only, allowing the team to give each client dedicated, one-on-one attention.
