Breakthru Charlestown supports people to build the life they choose, offering disability, mental health and community services to residents across the Charlestown and greater Newcastle area. Located at Hilltop Plaza, 324 Charlestown Road, Charlestown NSW 2290, the team works alongside each person to explore their goals, build practical skills and connect with opportunities that genuinely matter to them. Services available through this location include support coordination, core supports, and school leaver employment supports (SLES), alongside broader capacity-building supports such as finding and keeping a job and improved daily living. Access is available through the NDIS, government funding or fee-for-service arrangements, giving people flexibility in how they engage with support. Breakthru Charlestown also delivers Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), a program helping people with disability, injury or illness move into work, volunteering or study through personalised, practical
