Service Description

We’re Rose Aged Care Service, based in Blacktown, and we provide NDIS support services across Western Sydney. Our services include personal care and hygiene, assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, household tasks, medication assistance, community access and participation, transport assistance, social support, shopping and appointments, and support with maintaining independence and daily routines. We also provide support coordination and plan management, depending on the participant’s needs and plan. Our support is person-centred and tailored to each participant’s goals, preferences and level of independence. We currently have capacity to support new NDIS participants across Western Sydney.
