Service Description

Help aHead is a free integrated mental health and wellbeing support service offering psychosocial support through Wellbeing Navigators, groups and Lived Experience workers alongside free Clinical Mental Health counselling, Family and Relationship Counselling and Alcohol and Other Drug counselling. Help aHead is for adults who may be experiencing mental health concerns, feeling overwhelmed or distressed, challenges with alcohol or other drug use or life challenges such as relationship or other practical worries. You do not need a diagnosis or referral to get support. We also welcome family members and carers as well as people looking for advice on how to support someone else.
