Service Description

Nurturing Beginnings offers fully subsidised, professionally facilitated mother–baby support groups for mothers with babies aged 0–12 months. Groups support maternal wellbeing through social connection, emotional support, parent education and guidance around infant development, caregiving and early relationships. Sessions are delivered in small, community-based groups across Lake Macquarie and Sydney. Nurturing Beginnings is a non-government not-for-profit community health and wellbeing service.
