Service Description

Nurturing Beginnings offers fully subsidised, professionally facilitated mother-baby support groups for mothers with babies aged 0-12 months. Groups support maternal wellbeing through social connection, emotional support, parent education and guidance around infant development, caregiving and early relationships. Sessions are delivered in small, community-based groups across Lake Macquarie and Sydney. Nurturing Beginnings is a non-government not-for-profit community health and wellbeing service.
