Wellbeing Connector
Service Description
The Wellbeing Connector Program connects seniors (65yrs+ or 55yrs+ Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander) to social and lifestyle activities to prevent isolation and improve wellbeing. It is a free, six-month program.
