Service Description
Grow ACT is a branch of Grow Australia, and they offer both Canberra and Queanbeyan Support groups for adults (over 18 years of age). GROW Australia has been running peer support groups for over 65 years, our 12-step program helps people with mental health challenges build the skills and connections they need for recovery and successful reintegration into the community.
