I am a registered counsellor and social worker based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, bringing over 20 years of experience in supporting individuals with their mental well-being. I am dedicated to helping individuals through life's challenges using evidence based techniques I am an NDIS registered provider offering counselling and social work services for participants who are funded under NDIS. supporting people with goals, life skills and managing anxiety and depression. As a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and the NDIS , I adhere to the highest ethical standards.
