Help You Cope Ltd
Service Description
Help You Cope Ltd is a registered charity supporting carers of children with additional needs, including families raising children on the autism spectrum, in the Fairfield LGA and Western Sydney. Services include peer support groups, educational workshops, wellbeing and self-care programs, and community events connecting carers with relevant services and resources. Programs are delivered by volunteers and are open to carers and families across the local community.

Self-referral. No referral required, carers and families can contact us directly to access support.

Free. All services are provided at no cost to carers and families.
