Service Description
A Superior Court that handles more complex matters of family disputes. The Court works toward justice for children, families and all parties involved through judicial and non-judicial processes. It includes parenting cases for child welfare, sexual or physical abuse, visitation expert witnesses, international child abduction. Financial cases that involve multiple parties with interests in trusts, corporate structures and complex legal and judicial financial matters.
