Minds Together
Service Description
This Minds Together program aims to enhance the mental health, wellbeing and coping skills of family, friends and carers. You will learn practical strategies, such as how to Talk about suicide; Respond to stigma; Take care of your wellbeing; Recognise your own needs. Youâll also hear from family, friends and carers who share their experiences of providing support, have access to an online social forum, and get tips from suicide prevention experts. The Minds Together program for family, friends and carers is available to individuals in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. It also provides resources for professionals working with family, friends and carers. If you live outside of these areas, subscribe to our mailing list to keep informed about updates.
