Service Description

At AVE MARIA Disability & Health Services, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality care and support to individuals with disabilities. We offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program provides daily assistance to help individuals live independently in their own homes. We also offer Respite services, including Short and Medium Term Accommodation (STA & MTA), which provide temporary relief for primary carers while helping individuals build independence and develop social skills. At AVE MARIA Disability and Health Centre, our mission is to empower people to achieve their goals. Our experienced team works closely with you every step of the way to support your transition to independent living.
