Newcastle Psychology and Health is a generalist practice with over 20 years of experience, and our clinicians are equipped to work with a wide range of client presentations, as well as special interest areas. We offer a variety of services that can assist you by addressing problems such as depression and anxiety, adjustment issues, illness, grief, work and life changes. We provide psychological assessments, and our clinicians provide a broad range of treatment modalities. All treatment provided is evidence-based, integrating best research with clinical expertise. Situated in a central health precinct for both the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas, we are well placed to see clients from a wide region – and we offer telehealth for those out of reach.
