Service Description

Springwood Neighbourhood Centre Co-operative Ltd (SNCC), established in 1978, is a community managed organisation. We listen to the community and work with you to build opportunities for improving our health and wellbeing though sharing in events and activities, linking young and old. Key to our services is our team of volunteers who visit elders in their homes and support community members to contribute and engage with our community. We seek to advocate to improve our community’s wellbeing and we work together to build our resilience.
