Services Available: Community service program (free) - COMPASSION IN ACTION Holiday Homes/Rental/Respite, Support Independent Living (SIL), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Social Work, Domestic Assistance, Gardening, Meal Preparation, Personal Care, NDIS Information, Carer Support, Centre-Based Respite, Home Supports, Residential Respite, Community Programs, Capacity Building, Community Transport, Social Groups (Including Play Groups), Social Outings/Excursions, Support Worker (Social Support - Individual), Workshops, Companionship, Outings (Medical Appointments), Shopping Services, Transport, Support Coordination, Minor Home Modifications (Installation of handrails, ramps, etc.)
