Service Description
A not-for-profit community based organisation that assists in the identification and analysis of community needs. Services include Family Services to assist with levels of stress, coping, access to services and resources and health and wellbeing within relationships. It includes Palliative Care, Early Childhood Intervention, In Home Child Care, Support Groups, Supported Playgroups, and Healthy Minds Program with in home support for people with mental illness, Outreach support to assist with mental health, physical health and assistance to maintain tenancy. First People Services include Elders Gatherings, Meals, Adult, Child and Family Services, Social Support and Healthy Minds Program.
