Service Description

Do you care for a loved one who is living with mental health challenges? We provide education and training, one-to-one support, and support groups to help ensure you have the tools you need in your caring role. There are multiple meetings per month: - 1st Wednesday of the month 6:30pm to 8pm at 21/1 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah - 2nd Tuesday of the month 10am-12pm, walk and talk support group at the Japanese Gardens Cafe, 36 Webb Street, East Gosford - 3rd Tuesday of the month, 10am-12pm at the Wyong Milk Factory, Alison Road, Wyong Contact to register attendance, groups are subject to change.
