One Door Mental Health run a range of different groups across the State that cater to all kinds of people affected by mental illness including those with lived experience, their families and carers. The majority of One Door support groups are not run by doctors or health professionals, they’re run by people who have experience with mental illness. Every group makes new people welcome.
