Service Description

Provides advice and advocacy to Aboriginal people who are experiencing issues with their tenancy in social, community, or private housing. Services include providing telephone advice, letters of support, mediation with housing providers, and advocacy at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) on your behalf. Can also assist with Housing Appeals Committee applications, attend meetings and negotiate with your landlord (including Housing NSW), and follow up on any of your housing repairs issues on your behalf.
