Service Description

The Defuse program is a 6 week program, designed for men aged 18 and over who have difficulty managing their emotions and behaviours. This program helps men to improve their relationships with self and others, with a focus on the safety and wellbeing of families and communities. Defuse offers men the opportunity to reflect on their behaviours and emotions, and develop strategies and skills to respond positively to life experiences.
