Service Description

Iris Care specialises in the delivery of NDIS support work services to people with mental health and psychosocial disabilities. We have experience in supporting people with dual diagnosis such as AOD issues and specialise in supporting people with Criminal Justice issues such as transitioning back into the community and those requiring support whilst on Community Corrections Orders. Iris Care is now on the road with a hoist equipped Mobility Van.
