Allied Art Therapy

Service Description

Allied Art Therapy is a mental health service that uses both art therapy and counselling to facilitate emotional expression and promote healing. In art therapy, a trained therapist helps clients create art to process difficult feelings and gain insight into personal challenges. Counselling, including person-centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), provides a supportive environment to explore and address mental health concerns. This approach benefits individuals of all ages, especially those with mental health concerns and disabilities. Available in-person in Sydney and greater suburbs, and online Australia-wide
