Service Description

We are a mental health outreach support service assisting women and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We offer case management and support for an estimated period of 3 months however this can be extended subject to a review. We assist clients to apply for housing whether in the private or public sector, we advocate for clients, we attend appoints with clients, and provide pyscho-social support to our clients.
