It's designed to give you the skills to manage everyday life stresses such as work, study, relationships, health, or loneliness. For aged 12 years plus. The program is confidential, does not require a referral or mental health plan from your doctor, and is available via phone or video call or face to face upon enquiry. NewAccess coaches use Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a structured, evidence-based psychological treatment.
