Connector Hub South Western Sydney

Service Description

Connector Hub can help people who: are aged 18+; live with mental health concerns; are not receiving funding under NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme); live in South Western Sydney local government areas of Bankstown, Campbelltown, Camden, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wollondilly, or Wingecarribee. Connector Hub provides psychosocial support to help improve wellbeing and achieve goals. People can be support to connect with community, finding work, education or accommodation and linking with services and health professionals, support to apply for NDIS, the program has regular social group activities to enhance emotional and social wellbeing.
