Service Description

Head to Health in Southwest Sydney aims to assist as a free, immediate mental health support option for all.
Head to Health was established by Health NSW in response to the Covid19 pandemic to assist in taking the strain off the established mental health system.
We have a multidisciplinary team of Peer, Youth and Social workers, AOD Workers, Mental Health Clinicians and Psychologist on staff. For psychological support people can be linked directly to a psychologist within the service without the need to get a mental health care plan.
The service stands for 3 to 6 months of engagement for participants and covers all needs of people in the community and open to all ages.
No GP Mental Health Plan, Medicare or Australian citizenship Required. Head to Health works for ALL AGE GROUPS Self-referrals are welcomed. We consult via the phone, telehealth as well as face to face consultations.
