Service Description
Provides assistance to young people aged 16-25 years who have been in care and need assistance to move toward independent living. This is achieved through provision of and access to resources, information, training, support, advocacy, consultation and case management. Support is available to young people with complex situations, providing resources for education, employment, legal support, housing and financial assistance.
