Service Description

Gosford Central Coast ARAFMI is a NDIS registered provider of **psychosocial and mental health** supports for people impacted by mental health issues and trauma, and their families and Carers, as well as Grandparents (+ kinship) raising grandchildren. Our programs and activities are located at Narara, Bateau Bay, Kincumber and Woy Woy, on the Central Coast of NSW. Our no-wrong-door services support people impacted by mental health issues through providing a soft-landing community and opportunities for connection, growth, recovery and learning. We do this through social and recreational activities, personal and professional development activities, education, information and referrals. We also provide Carer counselling, advocacy and support. Programs are designed by participants for participants, and may include BBQ's and lunches, creative activities, men's and women's groups, meditation, gaming, bus outings to Sydney and Newcastle, living skills and much more.
