Service Description

Counselling for Problem Gamblers: Our GambleAware service provides free counselling and treatment programs for problem gamblers who are experiencing social, financial and emotional difficulties and their families. Counselling for Family and Friends: Our team work with the family and friends of people experiencing problem gambling. We support them by providing information and understanding as to how they can support their loved one, we also share effective strategies for their own self-care. Financial Counselling Our GambleAware service provides free financial counselling for people experiencing financial problems due to the their gambling. This includes managing their financial stress, assistance to create manageable budgets and support to move towards financial stability. Referrals We can provide referrals for financial counselling services, legal matters, housing assistance, employment and training and mental health services.
