A peer-to-peer social network for emotional support, empowering individuals to safely share their emotional challenges and find community connection. Individuals are linked with "Mates" based upon shared interests and experiences, helping them feel less lonely and more confident speaking up about their issues. Mates are peers with lived experience who are trained in peer support and social prescribing, which facilitates the linkage of individuals with non-medical sources of support in their local community that can further support and bring them a sense of belonging. We believe everyone is so much more than their struggles and we all deserve to have a mate to turn to in times of need.
