Little Dreamers is Australia�s leading Young Carer organisation, working with young people who provide unpaid care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, substance use or addiction. Across a range of direct support programs, including long term personal development and leadership programs, mentoring and case management, tutoring, Dream Experiences and school holiday programs, Little Dreamers is changing the way we respond to the needs of young people in caring roles. For ages 4-25.
