Depending on the issue, I may offer a skills based approach, or in some cases a longer term approach that focusses on emotional and self development. My aim is for my clients to feel heard and understood and to ultimately help them lead happier and more meaningful lives. I can help with a range of issues, including depression and anxiety. I can help when you're dealing with major life changes and challenges. Some services are via Telehealth at present. Fees may attract a Medicare rebate when you have a GP referral and a Mental Health Care Plan.
