WayAhead Understanding Anxiety Support Group Ashfield
Service Description
A support group for people experiencing anxiety disorders, including phobias, OCD, social anxiety, and generalised anxiety.
Groups are run by volunteer facilitators as part of WayAhead's Understanding Anxiety program. Carers, family and friends are also welcome to attend. Groups do not run in December and January.
