Westmead Hospital Adult MH
Service Description
There are two mental health inpatient wards for acute patients. The adult ward (C4A), is for people 18 years and older with acute psychiatric needs for treatment and assessment. The Older Persons Mental Health Unit is for people 65 years and older (C4B), experiencing complex and long-term mental health problems or severe behavioral and psychological symptoms that are dementia-related.
