Service Description

We operate two Neighbourhood Centres in Nowra and East Nowra, which provide support to help you find the right information or service to connect you to in times of need. We have a safe and welcoming space that you can access to have a cuppa and chat or utilise our facilitates including information, referral, advocacy, work development orders, room hire, letter writing, typing, form filling, kitchen access, computer and internet access and tax help. We have social, training and support activities or groups that you can access such as playgroup, self-help, art and craft. We also provide community access support in a group setting or 1:1 to people with an approved NDIS plan and social support to people over 65 and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders over 50, who need low-level assistance to continue living independently in the community.
