Service Description

Hilltops Community Hub (Hub) formerly known as Young Neighbourhood Centre is a not for profit community organisation. The Hub offers information and referral, assists in connecting people with local, state and national services and offers a range of community activities, workshops, events, self-interest courses and programs. The Hub also offers family support and advocacy services, parenting programs, practical advice ad somewhere to go when things get tough.
