Valmar Aged Care Services
Service Description
Provides a range of aged care support services. There are Home Care Packages that are individually assessed in order to assist older people to live independently at home. Four level of home care support are available and require an Aged Care Assessment. Commonwealth Home Support Program is for anyone 65 years and older- 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. They provide services to remain at home, and support available at home, such as personal care and domestic care. NDIS support is available.
