Service Description

An independent office to provide reliable information regarding Australia''s workplace relations system. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance of Australian workplace laws, educating people of their rights and obligations, assessment of complaints or suspected breaches of workplace laws, and to build strong relationships with industry, unions and other stakeholders, works closely with the Fair Work Commission. Support and advice is given for concerns or disputes regarding pay, leave, terminating employment, employee entitlements, contracts, awards, bullying and harassment.

Mon to Fri: 8am-5:30pm except public holidays
