Kedesh Rehabilitation Services
Service Description
A residential rehabilitation program that is for people with addiction and mental health conditions. The program addresses the psychological aspects of addiction and uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). It provides a continuum of care based on a stepped model approach and focuses on relapse prevention.
