Service Description

Afford Employment Fairfield is part of the Afford NDIS network, along with NDIS services, Afford Employment Fairfield provides Disability Employment Support Service, (DES), supporting people with a disability, long term illness or injury receiving a Centrelink payment or with an NDIS plan to gain long term employment. Afford Employment Fairfield provide help with skill development, identifying career pathways including apprenticeship and traineeships. Also help with resume writing, interview skills and support, canvassing to local employer network, job carving, on the job training and post placement support to help maintain long term employment.
