Afford is a not-for-profit organisation committed to social inclusion for people with disability. We believe in the power of community and human connection. Our services are for everyone who is eligible for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA). We have a diverse and friendly team of employment consultants. They have lots of experience supporting people with disability to find jobs and career paths to love. Afford Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) at Lakemba support people with a disability, long term illness or injury to gain long term employment. We provide help with skills development, identifying career pathways including apprenticeship and traineeships. We also help with resume writing, interview skills, canvassing to local employer network, job carving, on the job training and post placement support to help maintain long term employment.
