Service Description

The Vinnies Continuing Coordinated Care Program (CCCP) is a confidential outreach service that supports individuals struggling with drug or alcohol use. The program provides ongoing assistance to help participants achieve their goals around drug and alcohol use while addressing other complex needs. Available to those 18 and older, CCCP is dedicated to guiding individuals through their recovery with personalized care.
