Service Description
A support service for people with disabilities, including mental illness, that assists them in accessing and managing NDIS funds and services. They provide a support coordinator to assist with achieving personal goals and understanding the NDIS plan, setting up service agreements and advice and guidance. Plan Management assists with managing NDIS funds, including paying invoices and keeping track of spending.
