Service Description

A residential drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support for women, and women with children. It accommodates up to ten women and up to three children. It is for women who have already completed a supervised withdrawal and require short term, daily support in their recovery. Program length is three months, with some capacity for women to engage in longer term, transitional supports for up to 12 months. There is a mandatory AOD Day Program and case management. The Day Program can also be accessed as a stand-alone program from the community (non-residential). A recovery plan is given for attending outside services. It is for women 16 years and older. Women who are on pharmacotherapies and benzodiazepines are welcome to apply to the program.
