Frontline Yoga
Service Description
Yoga classes offered free of charge to first responders and frontline workers, such as police, firefighters, defence personnel, paramedics. Available to those currently working or those who previously worked in these fields. Classes are focused to assist with trauma, stress, PTSD, depression and anxiety associated with these jobs. Other community members are welcome to attend for a donation.
